These Terms & Conditions apply to the supply of products by Spark-X. By placing an order, requesting a quote or opening a trade account, you agree to these terms

2. Products

We aim to ensure all product information, prices and availability are accurate. However, details may change without notice. Product images are for illustration only and may vary slightly from the item supplied.

All products should be installed by a suitably qualified professional and in line with manufacturer instructions and current electrical regulations.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order or agreed trade account setup. Spark-X reserves the right to withhold goods until payment has been received or approved credit terms are in place.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, account issue or suspected misuse

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing. Spark-X is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, weather, access issues or events outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the goods are delivered or collected.

6. Damaged or Missing Goods

Please check all goods on delivery. Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to Spark-X as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt.

We may ask for photos or supporting information before arranging a replacement, credit or collection.

7. Returns

Returns must be agreed with Spark-X before goods are sent back.

Returned products must be unused, complete, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Special order, used, installed or damaged items may not be accepted for return unless faulty.

A restocking charge may apply.

8. Warranties

Products are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, product details, installation information and evidence of the fault.

Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage, unauthorised repair or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

9. Ownership of Goods

Ownership of goods remains with Spark-X until full payment has been received. Spark-X may recover unpaid goods where payment has not been made.

10. Liability

Spark-X is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business or installation costs arising from product faults, delays or supply issues.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

11. Trade Accounts

Trade accounts are subject to approval and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Customers are responsible for keeping account details accurate and paying invoices by the agreed due date.

12. Website Use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, copy content without permission or use the website in a way that may damage Spark-X or its customers

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Scotland unless otherwise required by law.
